Neurofeedback Services
Neurofeedback is a cutting-edge brain training technique that helps improve brain function. It's a form of biofeedback that measures brain activity and teaches the brain to self-regulate for optimal performance. Neurofeedback takes advantage of the brain's ability to change itself. This ability is known as "neuroplasticity".
How Does Neurofeedback Work?
Brain Monitoring:
Sensors are placed on your head to measure brainwave activity in real-time. This is completely non-invasive and painless
Feedback Loop:
The data is processed by specialized software that provides immediate feedback through visual or auditory cues (like a video or sound changing in response to your brain activity).
Brain Training:
Over time, your brain learns to adjust and maintain healthier patterns, improving its function naturally.
